CLAIRE will host a live online event titled “Get Ready for the AI Act: Implications for Researchers, AI, Data & Robotics.” The event, scheduled for October 25, from 14:00 to 15:00 CET, aims to shed light on the significant changes that the upcoming AI Act will bring to the governance and regulation of Artificial Intelligence in Europe.

The upcoming AI Act will radically transform the way Artificial Intelligence is governed and regulated. This will have a strong impact on researchers, universities and companies. Embark on this session to get acquainted with the AI Act, know what it will include, and some of its key aspects. Let’s also explore what is missing from an ethical, legal and sustainability perspective. This session intends to show what the future of responsible AI, Data and Robotics research across Europe will likely be.

This one-hour online session will be broadcast on the CLAIRE Youtube Channel, with opportunities for the audience to ask questions, making it an engaging and interactive experience for all participants. Carl Mörch, FARI co-director, will serve as the moderator for this insightful session.
