Calling all public administrators in Brussels! Join us for our first session on the potential of service robots in the city of Brussels. We will start with a tour of our CAVE (Computer Augmented Virtual Environment) and a short presentation from one of our experts on the subject of smart cities. After a short lunch break, we will explore the topic of Design thinking and the domains of Brussels as a smart city (mobility, environment, communal services, well-being, governance, society) and share and discuss your personal experiences and opinions in several exercises to map out needs and insights on the current situation.
Co-creation is a design method where participants from different domains are guided by an expert to work together. Through exercises and group work, the participants contribute their personal experiences, needs, and ideas to help design a certain product, in this case, a service robot for the city of Brussels.
