Join our in-person course on artificial intelligence, its ethical boundaries and practical applications. In a three-day course, Data Protection Officers (DPOs) will gain a comprehensive understanding of European AI law, the inner workings of AI, and potential risks associated with its use.

For three days, DPOs will gain a deep understanding of AI and the ethical implications of technology in this course offered by FARI in partnership with the Data Protection Institute (DPI). AI is transforming industries and businesses, but the potential negative impacts are warned by European law. DPOs must be prepared to address these challenges head-on.
The training will be led by Peter Berghmans, Leila Rebbouh, and Axel Beelen.
DPOs and professionals working on privacy issues who are keen to deepen their understanding of AI and its impact.
This course is taught in Dutch and French.
Additional language sessions in French, English, and Dutch can be scheduled on demand.

The course will be held in person from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on days 1 and 2, with the third day’s sessions scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The course does not include a formal exam. However, you will have the opportunity to take a knowledge test on our learning platform.
