Legal design is the application of design thinking to law. It is a multidisciplinary problem-solving methodology and a set of practical tools aimed at designing legal ‘products’ and legal services in a user-centric perspective. It is gaining more and more traction within public administrations, legal departments, and law firms.
Description
This course is given by Prof. Gregory Lewkowicz at the FARI Test & Experience Center (Cantersteen 16, 1000, Brussels).
Currently, there are no scheduled dates for this training, but FARI offers on-demand courses tailored to your needs. Contact us at academy@fari.brussels.
This one-day training offers participants an introduction to legal design structured around three aspects:
(1) the study of fundamental concepts and processes used in legal design;
(2) the presentation of use cases and practical tools to facilitate the use of this methodology;
(3) the completion of practical exercises aimed at implementing this methodology both to communicate and design legal ‘products’ and user-centered legal services.
At the end of this training, participants will possess the necessary knowledge to independently implement this methodology with their teams.
