We are entering a new digital decade, big data, data processing and artificial intelligence (AI) are increasingly playing a transformative role in both the public and the private sector. But these AI applications do not come without risks, especially the risk of breaching one or more of the legal and regulatory principles upon which our societies are based.

This programme was designed to address the new regulatory landscape of data and artificial intelligence. It provides professionals from the public and private sectors with the soft and hard skills needed to understand the new global regulatory landscape, to comply with the relevant European regulations regarding data and AI, and to explore the new opportunities that the European regulatory framework has created.
